1. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Information

All software, text, images, medical diagrams, video lectures, scripts, and audio contained within our Services are the sole proprietary property of MedicalWallah.

• Restricted Use: You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without express written consent.
• Ownership: Registration for a course provides a limited license for personal use; it does not grant ownership of the intellectual property.

2. Course Usage & Student Policy

As a platform dedicated to medical admission aspirants, the following rules apply strictly to maintain the integrity of our coaching:

• Course Transfers: Transferring from one course to another is not permitted.
• Identity Verification: We do not accept fake names or anonymous profiles. Guardians' IDs may be used for minors.
• Account Security: Once an ID is approved for course access, it cannot be changed. Sharing accounts or "batch-sharing" is strictly prohibited.
• Technical Monitoring: Your IP address may be tracked during course usage to ensure security. Logging in from multiple devices/browsers simultaneously without prior permission may lead to a permanent ban without a refund.
• Non-Refundable: All payments for MedicalWallah courses are strictly non-refundable.

3. Prohibited Conduct

While using our platform, users are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, uploading, or transmitting any defamatory, offensive, or racially/ethnically objectionable content.
• Infringing upon the copyrights or trademarks of MedicalWallah or any third-party content providers.
• Using automated scripts, "bots," or manual scraping tools to extract data or video content from the Application.
• Impersonating other students or medical professionals.
• Disturbing the learning environment in public forums, comment sections, or live classes.

4. Educational Disclaimer

• Supplemental Resource: MedicalWallah is designed to complement traditional medical education and assist in competitive admission preparation. It is not a substitute for formal schooling.
• No Guarantee of Results: While we provide high-quality coaching, the use of our Services does not guarantee admission to specific medical colleges or a specific score in competitive exams.
• Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in our medical data and prep materials. However, medical curriculum and exam patterns may change. MedicalWallah disclaims liability for any inadvertent errors or omissions.

5. Communication & Marketing

By registering, you grant MedicalWallah permission to contact you via SMS, email, or phone regarding course updates, academic schedules, and promotional offers. This applies even if your number is registered on a "Do Not Call" (DNC) list.

6. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify MedicalWallah support immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

MedicalWallah and its staff shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or device performance issues.

8. Termination of Service

Violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate suspension or termination of account access without notice or refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for copyright infringement or fraud.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
